Can the Police Lie to You?

Here is a weekend post I am going to update next week. Unbeknownst to me, your neighborhood Broward Law Blogger, a fellow classmate of mine at Hofstra Law School, has written an eminently readable and common sense book for people wanting more informationa about criminal law.

Entitled, 'Can the Police Lie to Me?', the book contains definitions of the 50 most often charged crimes and answers to the 100 most asked criminal law questions. It gives practical and readable definitions of 50 crimes from: arson to witness tampering, plus answers to the 100 questions most often asked of lawyers from those either involved in a criminal investigation or arrested.

And the author is.....Criminal defense attorney Ralph Behr... a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar and the New York and Florida Bars. He is top rated, Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law and Death Certified in capital homicide cases. Graduated a year after me and is better looking. N.K.
