In a calmer moment, William Fitzpatrick holds a press conference about his case against Stacey Castor. He is not so cool in the video link below.
The charge is murder, the emotions are high, and the prosecution begins its cross examination of the suspect.
But I showed this video to three different individuals today and they were outraged at the conduct of the prosecutor, screaming at the witness, and the shocking indifference of the judge.
I suppose this tape will become a you tube classic one day, and I can’t say there are not times where I have gotten loud at times in a courtroom. I hope I never got this bad, and I hope never to witness someone losing it like this prosecutor.
Now it’s up to you. You make the call. If you want to know more about this murder case, then just link to this article and the wealth of links below detailing all the circumstances about it. But for now, the video, please. These pages open up to it. I can't figure out how to set it up on this page, so go to the links...

Don't get so up tight over this one, Norm. I mean the witness was charged with murder. Besides, this is how Brian Cavanagh sounds when he gets up in the morning and yawns.
ReplyDeleteFunny comment about Brian, remember the sun sentinel front page with him shouting at closing, looked like he was at a Notre Dame football game, but damn this is one great witty intelligent blog that puts jaab's blog to shame.
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable. If this is "normal" for Mr. Cavanagh he needs to find another line of work.
